Ordering and Shipping

All US orders ship via USPS (unless another shipping option is added), and ship from our warehouse within 1-3 days. Please allow 3-5 days for transit. International orders ship within 1-3 days. Please allow 12-18 days for transit.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase in new and unused condition with the online order number. We cannot accept returns purchased from other locations or retailers. Customers wishing for an exchange or return must email us at Margaret@craftedbyborracha.com requesting an exchange. We will then provide shipping instructions for the exchange or return. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on all exchanges/returns. Replacements due to defects or damage issue are not considered a return or exchange. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at info@craftedyborracha.com and we will provide a replacement free of charge.
We will work to get your issue resolved as soon as possible. Please allow 5-7 days for returns/exchanges.
